Eric A. Davis founded Alexander Davis in 2013. The firm represents plaintiffs and claimants in civil litigation. Eric started the Firm with the mission to represent a variety of individuals and organizations, independent of the common uncertainty often presented when one seeks legal counsel. Eric A. Davis
Eric was raised in the small Northeast Texas towns of Daingerfield and Lone Star, Texas, where he developed a strong work ethic and a belief in community. While in high school, Eric served on the Daingerfield area Chamber of Commerce and chaired the parade committee for the Annual Daingerfield Days event.
Growing up on the lake, Eric still enjoys kayaking and spending time with friends and family on the lake. As a road-cyclists, Eric has participated in the "Freeze Your Fanny" and the "Beauty and the Best" rides in Texas, the Oklahoma City "Red Bud Classic", and ridden tandem with his wife, who practices family law.
Eric graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 2008. Eric came to Oklahoma through study at Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2011, earned a Certificate in Client Representation in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Current Topics in Constitutional Law.
Prior to graduation from law school, Eric completed a Federal Bar Association, Pro Bono Committee externship, which helps to provide legal counsel to prison litigants that merit legal counsel.
Since admitted to practice before Oklahoma courts in 2011, his practice has included all aspects of civil litigation, State and Federal, including Federal multidistrict litigation, with particular focus on complex consumer protection class litigation and truck accident litigation, and participated on the Offensive Discovery Committee for a multidistrict sales practices class action.
